Didn't receive the activation e-mail? Re-send it

If you haven't received the activation e-mail in your Inbox within a reasonable period of time, please first look into the following possibilities:

  • Was the activation e-mail sent to your "Bulk Mail", "Junk Mail", or "Spam" folder instead of your Inbox? The activation e-mail should have the subject line: A&E Insider Activation E-mail: Please verify your e-mail address

  • Is clubfeedback@aetv.com on your list of "Blocked Addresses"?

  • Do you have any "spamblocker" or other e-mail filtering software enabled which is blocking e-mails from clubfeedback@aetv.com?
If the above possibilities don't apply to you, you can try re-sending the activation e-mail to yourself by entering your e-mail address below and clicking on the "SEND" button. (Be sure to enter the same e-mail address you provided on the Registration form!)

If after re-sending you still do not receive the activation e-mail, it is possible that you may have mistyped your e-mail address on the Registration form, or there is some other issue specific to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) which is preventing you from receiving the activation e-mail (e.g., Is your ISP's e-mail system blocking e-mails sent from clubfeedback@aetv.com?)

If you think this is the case, you may try re-registering, or sending us an e-mail at clubfeedback@aetv.com explaining the issue. You can also try working with your ISP directly. We regret that we are unable to provide support for issues related to the e-mail system or e-mail filtering software you are using.
