Membership Conditions
By registering with A&E Insider (formerly known as A&E Club) you will have access to exclusive insider content, discussion boards, surveys, polls and promotions.
You represent that all of the information you provide to us is accurate and truthful and that you have read and agree to A&E Television Networks’ privacy policy located at
CORPORATE PRIVACY POLICY.
You must provide an active and working e-mail address owned by you. If you have not provided us with a working e-mail address, accurate contact information, or have not complied with any of the membership conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.
A&E Insider limits one account per person and per e-mail address. If one person has set up multiple accounts we reserve the right to cancel any and all accounts.
The use of automated devices—including but not limited to using bot, macro, script or any other device-enabled monitoring intended to automate any aspect of participation in A&E Insider activities or to otherwise tamper with A&E Insider in any manner—is prohibited. The failure to adhere to this or any other condition of membership to A&E Insider may result in the termination of your membership.
As a registered A&E Insider member, you may occasionally receive e-mail notices regarding your membership or the status of your account in addition to subscription-related e-mails. You may receive general account notices even if you have opted-out of receiving monthly and targeted e-mails and event-specific e-mail alerts. As an A&E Insider member, you may also occasionally receive communications from us about programs or topics we think will interest you. You may update or change your communication preferences at any time by going to the My Newsletters in the Profile section of the A&E Insider website.
You can cancel your membership to A&E Insider at any time by going to the My Profile section of the website and clicking on the "Cancel My Membership" link. You will be asked to click on a button to confirm that you indeed wish to cancel your membership to A&E Insider. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com.com with the subject line "Cancel My Membership". Please provide your first and last names, as well as the e-mail address you used to register for A&E Insider, so that we can locate your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your account has been successfully closed.

We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or other communications failures or circumstances affecting your ability to participate in A&E Insider activities and site.
As a registered A&E Insider member, you can also take advantage of special offers, which include exclusive discounts and promotions for A&E Insiders members only.
We reserve the right to terminate A&E Insider at any time or alter, amend or modify elements thereof or terms and conditions relating thereto without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of A&E Insider, or of any prize, feature, or promotion on the A&E Insider website. Your continued participation in A&E Insider after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the changes. Notices to you may be made via either e-mail, regular mail, or using other contact information you have provided as part of your registration. We may also provide notices of changes to this or other matters by displaying such notices or by providing links to such notices.
